In-sales: Installation Guidance

Provide a complete set of installation technical manuals (including drawings, step instructions, safety specifications); support online video training to answer installation questions; if on-site assistance is needed, technical personnel can be arranged for on-site guidance (reasonable travel expenses will be charged according to distance).

After-sales: 3-Year Warranty

Free repair or replacement of core components such as lamp body, light source and driver that are damaged non-artificially within the warranty period; respond within 2 hours after receiving fault feedback and provide solutions within 48 hours; provide lifelong cost-price repair services and accessory supply outside the warranty period.

  1. What is included in the warranty scope?: Covers core components such as lamp body, LED light source and power driver, excluding faults caused by artificial damage, force majeure and improper installation.
  2. How long is the general installation cycle?: The installation of a single courtyard lamp/lawn lamp takes about 30 minutes, and a single street lamp takes about 1-2 hours. The specific time is adjusted according to the number of installations and on-site conditions, and the estimated cycle can be provided during scheme design.
  3. Are the lamps compatible with different voltage environments?: Supports AC85-265V wide voltage design, which can be adapted to most domestic and foreign voltage standards, and special voltage requirements can be customized.
  4. How to report for repair when a fault occurs?: Call the service hotline and provide the order number, lamp model and fault description, and the customer service will assist in completing the repair process.
